3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
8 ounces mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
1 package ladyfinger cookies
1 cup fresh raspberries
Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
Create the Coffee Mixture: In a shallow dish, mix the cooled brewed coffee with coffee liqueur.
Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Combine the Cream and Cheese: Gently fold the mascarpone cheese and melted white chocolate into the whipped cream mixture until smooth.
Layer with Ladyfingers and Raspberries: Spread half of the white chocolate mascarpone mixture over the ladyfinger layer and top with fresh raspberries.
Build the Second Layer: Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and cream mixture, finishing with the gorgeous cream on top.
Chill the Tiramisu: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
Garnish and Serve: Dust with cocoa powder before serving and garnish with additional fresh raspberries if desired.
