White Chocolate Raspberry Tiramisu

A delightful twist on a classic tiramisu featuring creamy mascarpone, tart raspberries, and sweet white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Create the Coffee Mixture: In a shallow dish, mix the cooled brewed coffee with coffee liqueur.
  2. Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine the Cream and Cheese: Gently fold the mascarpone cheese and melted white chocolate into the whipped cream mixture until smooth.
  4. Layer with Ladyfingers and Raspberries: Spread half of the white chocolate mascarpone mixture over the ladyfinger layer and top with fresh raspberries.
  5. Build the Second Layer: Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and cream mixture, finishing with the gorgeous cream on top.
  6. Chill the Tiramisu: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Dust with cocoa powder before serving and garnish with additional fresh raspberries if desired.

Notes

For an extra flavor, add lemon zest to the mascarpone mixture.
