A healthier take on classic meatballs, made with ground turkey and served with marinara sauce for a delightful meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and egg in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Shape the mixture into generous meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Serve hot drizzled or dipped in marinara sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days or freeze for three months. Ensure hands are slightly damp when shaping meatballs to avoid sticking.
