  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: spices like paprika or cumin

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent—about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and any additional spices, stirring to combine.
  5. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions in a separate pot.
  6. In the last few minutes of cooking the rice, add the chopped broccoli and bell pepper to steam.
  7. Combine the turkey mixture with the rice and veggies in meal prep containers.
  8. Let them cool at room temperature before sealing the containers.
