A warm, cheesy tuna melt wrapped in a crispy tortilla, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella), shredded
  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Optional add-ins: diced onions, celery, pickles

Instructions

  1. Mix the canned tuna with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  2. Prepare a tortilla wrap by placing the tuna mixture in the center.
  3. Sprinkle cheese generously over the tuna mixture.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides.
  5. Heat a skillet with a little oil or butter over medium heat.
  6. Crispy cooking until the wrap is golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Serve warm and slice in half.
