Fresh and crunchy wraps bursting with flavor, featuring tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and a creamy peanut sauce.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup peanut sauce
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Coat your chicken: In a large bowl, toss the shredded chicken with peanut sauce until well coated.
  2. Prep your veggies: Lay out each tortilla or wrap and fill them generously with the chicken mixture, shredded carrots, red cabbage, sliced cucumber, and bell pepper.
  3. Roll the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
