A delightful appetizer featuring crispy celery filled with a creamy, savory mixture of cream cheese, bacon, and chives.

Ingredients

  • 46 celery stalks
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the celery into 3-4 inch pieces.
  2. Prepare the creamy filling by mixing cream cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stuff each celery piece with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Serve immediately or chill before serving for enhanced flavor.

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based cream cheese and coconut bacon. Leftovers can be stored for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
