A delightful fruity twist on the classic tiramisu, layered with fresh strawberries and a creamy mascarpone filling.

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces ladyfingers
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¾ cup orange liqueur (divided into ½ cup and ¼ cup)
  • 16 ounces mascarpone (room temperature)
  • 16 ounces heavy whipping cream (chilled)
  • â…“ cup powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 13 ounces strawberry preserve
  • 32 ounces strawberries (hulled and sliced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling by combining mascarpone and powdered sugar in a large bowl, then beat until smooth. Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  2. Prepare Soaking Liquid by mixing orange juice with ½ cup of orange liqueur.
  3. Assemble the Tiramisu by dipping each ladyfinger in the soaking liquid and layering them in a serving dish with half of the mascarpone mixture, strawberry preserves, and sliced strawberries. Repeat the layers.
  4. Finish and Chill for at least 3-4 hours in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled, garnished with fresh strawberries and a dusting of cocoa powder. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
