A light and refreshing salad featuring strawberries, whipped cream, and crunchy pretzels, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Macerate the strawberries in a large bowl with lemon juice for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the whipped cream mixture by mixing whipped cream and sugar until combined.
  3. Fold in the mini marshmallows and nuts gently.
  4. Combine the macerated strawberries with the whipped cream mixture and fold until just combined.
  5. Add the crushed pretzels just before serving.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short time before serving.
