Delicious soft and fluffy strawberry cinnamon rolls, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare it for the deliciousness that’s about to be baked.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the softened butter and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until everything is combined into a soft dough.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Roll it out into a rectangular shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Sprinkle the dough generously with cinnamon, brown sugar, and chopped strawberries.
  6. Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice into even rolls, about 1 to 2 inches each.
  7. Place the sliced rolls into a greased baking dish, allowing a little space between each.
  8. Bake in your preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. While the rolls cool, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
  10. Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls just before serving.
