  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • Optional: Fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • Optional: Crushed graham crackers or cookies
  • Optional: Whipped cream
  • Optional: Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Add the chopped strawberries and fold gently.
  6. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
