Deliciously baked salmon fillets topped with sautéed spinach and melted mozzarella cheese, bringing together comfort and nutrition.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until it wilts.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon the sautéed spinach over each salmon fillet.
  6. Generously layer shredded mozzarella cheese over the spinach-topped salmon.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
