A creamy and delicious Spinach Artichoke Dip, perfect for gatherings and cozy evenings.

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in the drained spinach and chopped artichokes, followed by the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Season your dip to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden.
  6. Serve warm with crispy bread or crackers.

Notes

Properly drain spinach to avoid a watery dip; you can add red pepper flakes for a kick.
