A delicious and easy recipe for salmon burgers topped with a spicy Sriracha slaw, perfect for summer grilling or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the salmon into small pieces in a bowl.
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper; mix until well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into about 4 equal-sized patties.
  4. Sauté the patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Make the Sriracha slaw by combining coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, and salt in another bowl.
  6. Assemble the salmon burgers topped with Sriracha slaw and serve.

Notes
