Comforting and cheesy spaghetti served in crunchy garlic bread bowls, perfect for family gatherings or casual dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Spaghetti (Cook according to package instructions)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 4 rolls Crusty bread rolls (Choose ciabatta or baguette)
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (Mozzarella or your choice)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil (For sautéing garlic)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley (For garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, stirring well to combine. Season with salt and pepper. If dry, add reserved pasta water.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bread rolls and hollow out the insides.
  5. Spoon the cheesy spaghetti mixture into each bread bowl, filling generously.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the tops are crisp and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with parsley before serving warm.

Notes

Don’t skimp on the garlic for depth of flavor. Feel free to customize with other veggies or proteins.
