S’mores Rolled Rice Krispie Treats

A delightful twist on the classic rice Krispie treats layered with the flavors of s’mores.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Extra marshmallows and chocolate for filling

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter over low heat in a large saucepan. Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat, and add in the Rice Krispies. Stir well until every piece is coated in the marshmallow mixture.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool for about 5 minutes for easier handling.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and press it into a rectangle about half an inch thick.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of crushed graham crackers, followed by marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  6. Carefully use the parchment paper to roll the mixture into a log shape.
  7. Let the roll cool completely for about 30 minutes, then slice into pieces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to a week.
