  • 1 small Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Smashburger Sauce
  • 8 slices Hearty White Bread
  • 8 slices American Cheese
  • 2 cups Havarti Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/3 cup Sliced Dill Pickle Chips
  • 2 tbsp Salted Butter
  • Kosher Salt (to taste)
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Smashburger Sauce: In a bowl, combine the Smashburger sauce with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  2. Shape and Season the Beef Patties: Take the ground beef and divide it into four equal portions, rolling each into a ball before flattening.
  3. Sauté the Onions: In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add the thinly sliced onions, cooking until caramelized.
  4. Cook the Beef Patties: Increase the heat to medium-high and place the seasoned patties in the skillet, pressing them down firmly.
