  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pita bread for serving
  • Toppings: diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and tzatziki sauce

Instructions
