Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant—about 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Next, add the ground turkey to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

  5. Add the fresh spinach and cook until it wilts, about 2 minutes.
  6. Season the skillet with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the skillet hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
