Delightful bites of creamy cheesecake coated in salty pretzels, drizzled with luscious salted caramel.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • Chocolate for drizzling (optional)
  • Additional crushed pretzels for coating (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Form small balls from the cheesecake mixture and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll each ball in crushed pretzels for even coating.
  5. Drizzle with salted caramel sauce.
  6. Optionally, drizzle chocolate for extra flavor.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes
