Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer or oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the pineapple into rings or chunks.
  3. Mix the pineapple with honey and coconut oil if using.
  4. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon if desired.
  5. Place the coated pineapple in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet.
  6. Cook for about 10 minutes in the air fryer or 15-20 minutes in the oven until golden and caramelized.

Notes
