A healthy and delicious homemade protein ice cream that’s easy to make and satisfying for your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of your favorite fruits (e.g., berries, banana, or mango)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  2. Fold in the fruits of your choice.
  3. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until creamy.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  5. Scoop out your deliciously healthy protein ice cream and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover ice cream in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
