Delicious and guilt-free Protein Cookies made with almond flour and protein powder, perfect for a post-workout snack or a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 egg or flax egg for vegan option

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Combine peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and egg (or flax egg) in another bowl.
  4. Merge the wet and dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Add dark chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool before serving.

Notes
