White Pizza with Prosciutto

A luxurious white pizza topped with creamy cheeses and crispy prosciutto, garnished with fresh basil.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 oz prosciutto, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  2. Brush the dough with olive oil and spread minced garlic evenly across its surface.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth. Spread this over the dough.
  4. Top with the remaining mozzarella and place onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Add slices of prosciutto in the last 2 minutes of baking.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra crispy crust, preheat your pizza stone with the oven. Experiment with toppings to customize your pizza.
