Deliciously rich Pistachio Brigadeiros, combining white chocolate and the nutty flavor of pistachios into soft, fudgy bites rolled in ground pistachios.

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup finely ground pistachios
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Combine the sweetened condensed milk and chopped white chocolate in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture starts to pull away from the sides of the pan (about 10-15 minutes).
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. Grease your hands with butter to prevent sticking.
  4. Scoop small portions of the mixture to form balls.
  5. Roll each ball in the finely ground pistachios until fully coated.
  6. Place the brigadeiros on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

These brigadeiros can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or frozen for up to 3 months.
