Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust base: In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well-coated, then press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch pan to form a sturdy base.
  2. Create the peanut butter layer: In a separate bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Whip the cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham cracker base.
  5. Melt the chocolate topping: Melt the chocolate chips either in the microwave or over a double boiler. Pour this melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.
  6. Chill and set: Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours to allow it to set properly. Once chilled, cut into squares, serve, and enjoy!
