A playful twist on the classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich in bite-sized cheesecake form, perfect for parties.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup fruit jam (strawberry or grape)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  4. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  5. Make a small indentation on top of each ball and fill it with a bit of fruit jam.
  6. Roll the balls into graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
