A delightful icebox cake with layers of graham crackers and creamy peanut butter goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Graham crackers
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 2 cups Whipped cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and milk until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  3. Layer the graham crackers followed by the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
