  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Make a small indent in the center of each cookie using your thumb.
  6. Fill each indent with caramel sauce.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden.
  8. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
