A simple and nostalgic recipe for delicious peanut butter balls coated in smooth chocolate, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  4. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate sets.

Notes

For easy rolling, keep your hands slightly damp. You can add a pinch of sea salt on top of the chocolate for a sweet-and-salty contrast.
