Tender bites of sirloin steak coated in a luscious garlic butter sauce and topped with melted Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces. Season them generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium-high heat until it’s bubbling and fragrant. Add in the minced garlic.
  3. Add the seasoned steak bites to the pan. Let them sear undisturbed for about 1-2 minutes before flipping, cooking until browned and reaching your desired doneness.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the steak just before serving, allowing it to melt slightly.

Notes

For best results, use steak at room temperature before cooking and avoid overcrowding the pan.
