Oven Fried Feta Rolls with Chili Honey

Crispy phyllo rolls filled with creamy feta and drizzled with sweet chili honey, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Feta cheese
  • 6 sheets Phyllo pastry
  • 3 tbsp Chili honey
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Fresh herbs (optional, such as dill or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese and mix it with black pepper, salt, and fresh herbs.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo pastry on a clean surface, and brush it lightly with olive oil.
  4. Place another sheet on top of the first, creating a flaky base.
  5. Put a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end of the pastry sheet and roll it up tightly.
  6. Repeat the process with remaining ingredients.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Drizzle with chili honey before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to regain crunch.
