A nostalgic and delightful side dish featuring sweet green peas, savory bacon, and a creamy dressing, perfect for picnics and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
