Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Incorporate the heavy cream and beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the pink velvet cake mix, adding food coloring if desired.
  5. Scoop small portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Coat each ball in graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Chill the bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
