Delightful no-bake cheesecake bites with a creamy filling and buttery crust, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pink food coloring (to your desired hue)
  • 1 cup graham crackers (crushed)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan by lining a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the filling by combining cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add pink food coloring.
  3. Prepare the crust by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
  4. Assemble the layers by pressing the graham cracker mixture into the pan and pouring the cheesecake filling over it.
  5. Chill for at least two hours in the refrigerator.
  6. Slicing and serving the chilled cheesecake bites once set.
