  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh key lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Extra whipped cream (optional garnish)
  • Lime slices or wedges (optional garnish)
  • Additional lime zest (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust mixture by combining the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until it resembles damp sand.
  2. Pack the crust into mini dessert cups or a muffin tin, using the back of a spoon to ensure evenness.
  3. Mix the key lime filling by whisking the sweetened condensed milk, fresh key lime juice, and lime zest in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Combine the whipped cream into the lime mixture gently, ensuring a fluffy texture.
  6. Fill the crusts with the lime filling, smoothing the tops for a polished finish.
  7. Chill the pies in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight until firm.
  8. Garnish the mini pies with whipped cream, lime zest, or slices of lime before serving.

Notes
