Quick and delightful no-bake chocolate balls made with rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey, ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats and cocoa powder until well combined.
  2. Add the wet ingredients: Pour in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir everything together.
  3. Form the balls: Using your hands, scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
  4. Coat the balls: Pour the shredded coconut onto a plate. Roll each ball in the coconut.
  5. Chill and set: Place the coated balls on a tray and pop them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
