A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat the filling ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whip the cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Combine cream cheese and whipped cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  5. Assemble the cheesecake: Pour the creamy mixture over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
  6. Refrigerate until set: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Serve chilled: Once set, release the springform pan and slice into generous pieces.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for the smoothest filling. If using cookies instead of graham crackers, adjust the quantity accordingly.
