  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 eggs

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: spices like garlic powder or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), setting the stage for a perfectly baked pie.
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Sauté the chopped onion and bell pepper until softened.
  4. Whisk together the eggs and milk, then season with salt and pepper.
