  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
  • 2 cups (300g) fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and milk.
  5. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently to avoid breaking them.
  6. Fill the muffin tin about three-quarters full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the muffins in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
