Quick and easy tortellini snacks with a golden crust and flavorful spices, perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 package Tortellini (Choose between frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce (For dipping)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (Can substitute with olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes (Optional for a spicy kick)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Or nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option)
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Italian Parsley (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil the tortellini in salted water until al dente, about 3-5 minutes for fresh.
  3. Melt the butter in a bowl.
  4. Combine the drained tortellini with melted butter and toss gently.
  5. Add chili flakes and half of the Parmesan, tossing again.
  6. Bake the tortellini on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  7. Garnish with remaining Parmesan and parsley, serve with marinara sauce.
