A quick and delightful dessert featuring creamy caramel and a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottoms of lined muffin cups.
  3. Pop the muffin tins into the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan over gentle heat, warm the caramel sauce.
  5. Remove the chilled crusts from the refrigerator and carefully pour the warm caramel mixture over each crust.
  6. Return the filled cups to the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 2 hours.

Notes
