Ingredients

  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the wild rice in chicken broth according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
  5. Pour the heavy cream into the pan with the chicken.
  6. Once the wild rice is cooked, mix it into the pan with the creamy chicken.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy while warm.

Notes
