A vibrant and refreshing mocktail featuring butterfly pea flower tea and tropical juices, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butterfly pea flower tea
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup lemonade
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • Edible glitter
  • Mint sprig and lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

  1. Steep butterfly pea flower tea in boiling water for 3 minutes, then strain.
  2. Combine coconut water, pineapple juice, lemonade, agave syrup, and lime juice in a pitcher.
  3. Add the blue butterfly pea tea to the juice mixture and stir.
  4. Muddle the mint leaves in the pitcher.
  5. Prepare serving glasses with ice cubes.
  6. Pour the mocktail mixture over the ice.
  7. Top each glass with sparkling water.
  8. Add edible glitter and stir gently.
  9. Garnish with mint and lime wheel.

Notes

This mocktail is best enjoyed fresh, but leftover mixture can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours without sparkling water.
