A vibrant and creamy remoulade sauce, perfect for dipping shrimp, crab cakes, and spreading on sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon capers, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Mixing the base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Sprinkle in hot sauce and Cajun seasoning.
  6. Add minced capers, chopped parsley, and minced garlic.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
