Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the chopped lobster meat, shredded crab meat, lemon juice, and lemon zest to your buttery base.
  4. Mix in the chopped parsley, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Scoop the mixture using a tablespoon and form into small balls.
  6. Roll each butter bomb in the breadcrumbs, coating them fully.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the top of each butter bomb.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with lemon aioli or cocktail sauce. Best enjoyed with Sauvignon Blanc.
