Juicy and zesty chicken patties infused with lemon and rosemary, perfect for a quick weeknight meal or a weekend gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 toasted buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Creamy aioli

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl: lean ground chicken, chopped rosemary, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Form small portions of the mixture into patties, about 1 inch thick.
  3. Cook the patties in a pan over medium heat in olive oil for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Assemble the patties on toasted buns with lettuce and creamy aioli.

Notes

Make sure the skillet is hot for a nice sear. Feel free to adjust seasonings to taste.
