A refreshing and vibrant salad made with fresh vegetables, feta cheese, and a tangy dressing, perfect for summer eating.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or oregano) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, olives, red onion, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
