Delightful crunchy wonton cups filled with creamy jalapeno, cheese, and bacon mixture, perfect for appetizers.

Ingredients

  • Wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, diced jalapenos, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lightly grease a muffin tin and place one wonton wrapper into each cup.
  4. Spoon the cheesy jalapeño mixture generously into each cup.
  5. Pop the muffin tin into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra heat, add hot sauce or diced green chilies to the filling. Use different cheeses for varied flavors.
