Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, diced jalapenos, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Lightly grease a muffin tin and place one wonton wrapper into each cup.
