A delightful mix of sweet peaches and spicy jalapeños creates a mouth-watering grilled chicken dish perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 Peaches, chopped
  • 2 Jalapeños, diced
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix chopped peaches, diced jalapeños, minced garlic, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Marinate the chicken in the peach-jalapeño mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  6. Serve the grilled chicken topped with remaining peach-jalapeño salsa.

Notes

For extra spice, use more jalapeños or add chili flakes. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
