A delightful side dish featuring cauliflower tossed in a sticky honey garlic glaze, perfect for impressing guests or enjoying with family.

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Create the honey garlic mixture by whisking together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, grated ginger, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the cauliflower florets in the honey garlic mixture until fully coated.
  4. Spread the coated cauliflower florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Let the cauliflower cool slightly after roasting.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, let the cauliflower marinate in the honey-garlic mixture for 15 minutes before roasting. Fresh cauliflower yields the best taste.
